If p555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, p555 reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.
2.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. p555 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations. Players in Pakistan must satisfy themselves that their use of p555 complies with all applicable national, provincial, and local laws.
2.4 p555 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If p555 determines that a player registered from a restricted jurisdiction, p555 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any associated balances pending compliance review.
3.1 To access p555 services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active p555 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your p555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. p555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as CNIC) and may include proof of address and payment method verification. p555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time.
3.5 p555 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where p555 reasonably suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
4.1 All transactions on p555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. p555 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20), and Skrill, subject to availability and applicable limits.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the p555 Cashier and are subject to change.
4.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. p555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that does not meet this requirement.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and verified in the player's name, subject to completed KYC. p555 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, but processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
4.5 p555 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) chargebacks or payment disputes are pending; or (d) applicable anti-money laundering checks require additional documentation.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on p555 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or game round except where expressly permitted under the specific game or sport rules displayed in the relevant section of the p555 platform.
5.2 p555 offers sports betting including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, basketball, and other events; live casino games including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Teen Patti, and Dragon Tiger; slots; crash games; and other gaming products. Each product is governed by its own specific rules displayed in the game interface or sports betting section.
5.3 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, p555 reserves the right to void affected transactions. p555 will not be liable for any bets or game rounds affected by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the p555 platform and are subject to change without notice.
5.5 p555 operates on a no-credit policy. Only funds available in your verified p555 wallet balance may be wagered. p555 does not offer credit betting or loans of any kind.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards offered by p555 are subject to specific terms including minimum odds requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.3 p555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. p555 also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus where it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of applicable promotional terms.
6.4 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Collusion or coordination between players to exploit bonus offers constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.
7.1 p555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. p555 provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from your account dashboard settings.
7.2 If you believe you have a gambling problem, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in your p555 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p555 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
8.2 p555 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is detected, p555 will provide all relevant account and transaction information as required by law.
9.1 All content on the p555 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of p555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p555 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the p555 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without p555's prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the p555 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: (a) technical malfunctions or service interruptions; (b) unauthorised access to your account; (c) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; or (d) any reliance on information provided on the p555 platform.
10.2 p555's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 p555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p555 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email, platform notification, or an updated "Last Updated" date on this page.
11.2 Your continued use of the p555 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the p555 platform and contact support to close your account.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which p555 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to p555's internal dispute resolution process.
12.2 To initiate a dispute, players must contact p555 support in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. p555 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 28 days.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through p555's internal process, players may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the terms of p555's operating licence.
